1.5 miles a.m. Fri. Nov 7

Though running, I've been caught by a cold.  It, and the wind, and the temperature got together, told me, "you don't really want to run this morning ... how about only a short jog?"  What was I gonna say; there were three of them.

Honest

It had been a long, looong time, but I began running again in September.  I do not yet fully know why I run, but I enjoy it and I do feel compelled to keep running. 

At times, I may chronicle what swam by and through my mind as I ran.  Other days I may share only data.  Fewer adverbs.
